FAQ

Our expertise is in helping clients rebuild their entire wardrobe and image. Some clients like doing this all at once, however others prefer to build the layers of their new wardrobe over time. We understand that some clients will want to try out one suit to start and we are more than happy to make that happen. We put an incredible amount of time and energy into creating that first pattern and suit. This meticulous work at the beginning of the custom process is to ensure every other garment ordered will fit exactly how the first suit does which means saying goodbye to shopping, tailoring and being stuck with garments that do not fit. Minor alterations are standard at this first stage in the process and will be noted to perfect the fit before anything past this first suit is ordered.

We have a perfect fit guarantee! If alterations are needed we’ll make them and have your menswear back to you within a week. If anything needs to be remade for some reason, we will remake it at no cost to you.
Although we can rush your menswear for an extra charge, the standard turnaround time is 6 weeks because every piece is individually hand-crafted from scratch. Unlike clothing that is mass produced, our process uses each client’s personal pattern when creating each piece and the details that our measuring process accounts for to develop these patterns are intricate.
Our typical turnaround time is 6 weeks for every order.
